1. Transition and Brick workouta. Date: March 9th 6:30am set up
b.
Description: Bike trainer swim Duathlon. Focus on quick transitions from swim to bike.  Athletes will work on getting out of wetsuits and on to their bikes for a 15minute Time trial. The focus of this workout is to streamline transition techniques.
c.
Distances: 500S/15min TT/ 500s/ 15min TT
d.
Practice needs: Race swim needs, race bike needs, BIKE TRAINER, nutrition. e. Workout time: ~1hr

2. Super sprint workout
a.
Date: April 27th 6:30am set up
b. Description:
Athletes will practice all three disciplines Swim 500, 5 mile bike TT, 3 k run.
The focus of the workout is to practice the three disciplines while transitioning quickly.

c. Practice needs:
Race bike needs, Race run needs, nutrition
d. Workout time:
~ 1hr
e. 8:00 AM: Coates Cyclery presentation with continental style breakfast–

show you a number of substantial triathlon cycling component to suit your needs.

3. High intensity race brick
a. Date: May 18th 6:30am set up
b. Description: Swim 500, Bike trainer: 10min, Run 1.5 mile run, Bike trainer 10min, Run 1.5
mile run. The focus of this workout is to build volume and transitions with multiple bike to
run transitions.
c. Practice needs: Race swim gear, Bike trainer and bike gear, Race run gear, Nutrition.
d. Workout time: ~ 1 hr

4. Super sprint workout
a. Date: June 1st 6:30am set up
b. Description: Swim 500, 5 mile bike TT, 3 k run. One last fun sprint workout to get the body
ready for the last Bonelli race!
c. Practice needs: Race gear!
d. Workout time: ~ 1hr
